Youth Training Classes

Speed and Agility: Training geared towards improving the athletes explosive starts, lateral movements and overall speed through plyometrics and speed training.

Session 3 - June 21st-August 11th
Mondays or Wednesdays 10:30am-11:30am
Saturdays 12:00pm-1:00pm

Strength and Power: Weight Training focusing on the athletes overall strength and conditioning level. Helps increase endurance and improve muscle fatigue.

Session 3 - June 23rd-August 14th
Wednesdays and Saturdays 11:30am - 12:30am
Ages 10-11 yrs

Thai Kickboxing: This class will teach the basics of Thai Kickboxing  which consists of punches, leg strikes and knee strikes. Our trainers will focus on proper technique of throwing strikes as well as defending against strikes.

Session 3 - June 19th-August 7th

Saturdays
Ages 9-11 - 11:00am-12:00pm
Ages 12-14 - 12:00pm-1:00pm
Ages 15-18 - 1:00pm-2:00pm

PSD Elite: This program is designed after a div. 1 training program to promote accelerated development for the entire athlete who wants to raise his or her game to the next level. The athlete will also learn the importance of nutrition to maximize the body's full potential.

Session 1 -  June 8th - July 15th
Session 2 -  July 20th - August 26th
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays

Ages 14-18  -  2:30-4:00pm
 

PSD Complete: This 3 day-per-week camp focuses on overall body strength through weight lifting, speed and agility and core workouts. The athlete will also learn the importance of nutrition to maximize the body's full potential.

Session 1 - June 22nd-August 12th
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Ages 11-13
